How do I make a call?
Open the ChyraConnect app, tap on the dial pad, enter the full phone number with country code (e.g., +234 for Nigeria or +233 for Ghana), and tap the call button. Make sure you have sufficient balance in your wallet.
Which countries can I call?
Currently, ChyraConnect supports calls to Nigeria (12ยข/min) and Ghana (19ยข/min). We're working on adding more countries including Kenya, Jamaica, Ethiopia, and more. Stay tuned for updates!
What do I need to use ChyraConnect?
You need a smartphone (iOS or Android), a stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data), and credit in your ChyraConnect wallet. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play to get started.
How do I add credit to my account?
Open the app, tap "Add Credit" or the wallet icon, choose an amount (starting from $5), and complete payment with your credit or debit card. Your credit is added instantly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do credits expire?
Credits remain valid for 12 months from your last top-up. Any activity on your account (adding credit or making a call) extends this period automatically.
How do I get a refund?
Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Unused credits may be refunded to your original payment method. Please email support@chyraconnect.com with your account details.
Why is my call quality poor?
Call quality depends on your internet connection. For best results: use a stable WiFi connection, ensure you have strong cellular signal if using mobile data, close other apps using bandwidth, and try moving to an area with better reception.
My call won't connect. What should I do?
First, check that you have sufficient balance and a stable internet connection. Make sure you entered the correct country code (+234 for Nigeria, +233 for Ghana). If issues persist, try restarting the app or your device.
Can I call emergency services?
No, ChyraConnect cannot be used to call emergency services (911, 999, etc.). Please use your regular phone service or landline for all emergency calls.
